Fish: Salmon
Equipment
- 1 Fry pan
Ingredients
- 1-2 filet Salmon
- 1/2 cup Mr. Walleye Breading Mix Approximate portion of breading mix. Use as much as needed based on size of filets.
- Oil
Instructions
- Wet Salmon with water and shake off excess
- Dip and shake in Mr. Walleye Breading Mix
- Place in fry pan that has hot oil in it. 375 consistent temp - don't crowd in pan
- 3-5 min per side based on the size of filet
- Remove and let rest a few minutes
- Enjoy
